The gastronomic offer of Hotel Santa Marta is based on the highest quality Mediterranean products. A cuisine based on fresh market products that offers Mr. Francisco Saez, chef expert on the splendid book of recipes of the Costa Brava and surroundings.
The service in the restaurant and recommendations on the dishes and the vast wine list are in the capable hands the very experienced restaurant manager, Mr. Lluis Tremoleda, who seeks to complement the exquisite dishes with a very personal and high quality touch.
Facilities
The estate of Hotel Santa Marta borders on the small bay of Santa Cristina. When arriving at the entrance, guests have to descend along the dirt tracks, along which you can enjoy the different green areas of the hotel.
The main objective of the hotel has been and still is the conservation of the establishment’s essence since its creation. The hotel has undergone continuous renovations, both in the guest rooms and the common areas, trying to improve and providing the customers maximum comfort.
The hotel is completely oriented towards the sea and after a walk of 200 meters along the tracks surrounded by different types of trees; guests arrive at the beach facilities.
